This is a stray cat that we have been caring for about the last 12 or 13 years. We estimate her to be 15 or 16 years old. She was pregnant when she first showed up years ago. We let her raise her kittens to about 6 weeks and then had them adopted out and then had her spay. She has since then hung around here where she has shelter and food. But she still wants the occasional bird. Our security camera caught this predator vs prey natural event and I thought I would share it. Cats are awesome and they have some of the fastest reflexes. Outdoor cats typically live 14-16 years. I think this one will surpass that.
