LIVENODING 1015 / AN Procedural Growth Blender Fluid
This is a quick improv using Blender Fluid and Animation Nodes in Blender to generate mesh that is probably more or less a bit organic. You can accomplish similar thing using Metaballs of course, without the hassle of Fluid caching. But it might be an interesting idea.
Blender Fluid is rarely explored by artists in general for being computationally expensive, but if you use low resolution and using nodes, the possibilities is really endless.
