Procedural drawing with Grease Pencil using nodes is something I have always dreamed of since I use Blender 2.5x. Fast forward today we actually have means to draw grease pencil procedurally using SVerchok or Animation Nodes.

Back then Grease Pencil is not an Object in 3D view, and it has all kind of limitations, but today’s Grease Pencil with Blender 2.8x is so much more powerful and also comes with Modifier etc.

In this episode I am exploring this SV Grease Pencil BETA node and drawing LINE, NGON and EDGE of 3D mesh.

I am only scratching the surface in this simple video. What else can you procedurally draw? Can you draw flower? LSystem Tree?
