BSLIVE Basic Manual Track & Tracing Using Video Reference
In this video, I am using a video reference and demonstrating how you could simple TRACE using grease pencil or TRACK manually the position and rotation using bone for animation.
If you have 3D camera device, you should be able to track head, and body and perhaps hands in the near future.
