LIVENODING 1109 / SV Traversing Material Nodes Using Nodes
In this episode, I like to get deeper into Material Nodes and try to traverse through a Material using both Python script and SV nodes.
Once upon a time, a Houdini artist told me that you can think of nodes and node tree just like folder structures. But it can also get more complicated from there. It’s powerful once you understand this concept. It does not have to be that scary.
SV nodes in this case can create node branch that actually enable you to see the node tree and goes deeper into the filepath.
