”Accessible Automated Pipelines for Small Teams” by Gregorio Guirado at Blender Conference 2025

We’ll cover how a three-person team automated drop shadows, compositing setups, and cross-software integration across ~800 scenes—while tracking everything through custom spreadsheets and Flamenco. Real production numbers, working tools, scene studies and simple scripting approaches will be shared to help freelancers and small teams build efficient pipelines without deep programming knowledge.
