Is FreeCAD 0.20 Still Fundamentally Broken?!

FreeCAD 0.19 is fundamentally broken… So is Free CAD 0.20 still broken?A A to the point video seeing if the “Topological Naming Problem” also known as TNP is still a problem in freecad 0.20 and if so what does this mean and will it ever get fixed? and wait FreeCAD 1.0 is on the way?!
