In the last video, we talked about setting up your Blender workspace to make it easier to animate. Be sure and go back and watch that video first so you can get the most out of this video (linked below). In this video, we’ll use our fancy new workspace to actually animate something learning how to use all 4 of Blender’s major dopesheet modes along the way. Also featured in this video is the new addon “Snappy Keys” which makes snapping your timeline and keyframes much more similar to how it works in other video editing software like Adobe After Effects and Premiere. The addon is by no means required to follow along with this tutorial, but can 100% make your animating career in Blender a far smoother one!
