LIVENODING / SV Rotation Quaternion Like Bitfrost
In this episode, I am recreating a node setup by Paul Smith using Maya ”Bitfrost” and testing the same thing in Blender using SVerchok nodes. I think what he does was remapping the point position of a mesh into the XYZ value of quaternion rotation.
With ”twist” itself, SV nodes have ”Simple Deformation” node that does similar thing under Twist Mode. I should have mentioned this in the video but you can try this yourself.
