LIVENODING SV Water Bear Study
Inspired by Simon Thommes #nodevember2019 #nodevember where he made this Tardigrade aka Water Bear using just a Sphere and Cycles Vector Displacement:
Day 9 of #nodevember – Microbe 🦠
I'm really happy with this little guy! Very much enjoyed creating him 🙂
This is, again, just a sphere with a completely procedural shader, using vector displacement.
All animation is also procedural and done in the shader.#nodevember2019 #b3d pic.twitter.com/0wUo0Ix4OL— Simon Thommes (@simonthommes) November 10, 2019
Using SVerchok, I am trying to make a rough water bear creature with the available nodes. This is more like a practice in masking and extruding.
A better modular setup is to think of the design as head + array of body legs + tail.
