BSLIVE / Creating Imperfect AR Cup using Blender Sculpting
In this episode, I am taking you through the step by step of making an imperfect Cup or Bowl ala Japanese Artists and Makers.
This can be quite meditative process, so don’t be afraid to make mistakes.
The steps are basically:
– Draw the profile of bowl or cup
– Sculpt the imperfection using hand or mouse or stylus
– Paint some texture add your own touch to the cup
– Use Deep Dream to quickly add details
– Export as Apple AR USDZ or GLTF / GLB for Android
– Share it to your friends and love ones
Remember: there is always beauty in imperfection and broken cups.
