In this video we will be taking a look at how to hand paint eyes in ZBrush. We will begin with a simple sphere and by blocking out the base color for the iris. Then we will paint in the pupil and hand painted shadows. This is the stage when things really start to come alive and add depth to your eyes. It’s really easy to overdo the paint though so make sure the your RGB intensity is set to around 10 or so. After shadows, we finish with a little bit of touch up.
