The tool is created with Unity, it is for free and you can dowload it from this webpage:

For demonstration I dwonloaded metal textures from textures.com:

These are diffuse textures that you can open with the Materialize tool and create other texture maps from this like height, normal or metallic maps.

I also show how to configure and then save the created textures, so that you can use them in game engines like Unity or Unreal engine, or other 3d application for instance Blender or Substance Painter.
