LIVENODING 1010 / AN Cycles Fragment Glitch
Was roughly inspired by work of Atsushi Tadokoro, I made this procedural Cyces node setup in Blender to simulate glitches and distortion using just shaders.

The idea is to use the UV value from geometry and offset remap it to actually distort the original source image. Eventhough it might seem complex, underneath is really quite basic.

Blender itself already came with some useful procedural textures nodes.
