I get asked about the rounded edge shader in MODO fairly regularly and specifically, problems related to baking it to normal maps. I decided to do a super quick tutorial where we bake the quintessential test case – the humble cube!
In this video we will bake a high poly cube to a low poly cube and then show the results in Substance Painter for verification.
