Our not very smart neighbors keep putting their pit bull on a small leash. Their pit has broken the leash/collar about 5 times in the past few years. This dog previously bit my brother, tried to bite me and this time tried to attack our cat and did actually cause a bruise on my brother’s leg.
The cat was of course fine and the neighbors dog is fine. But his grace period is running out. He and his foolish owners get no more passes. Next time the police will be called and the dog will get seized. We hope the neighbors wise up before their lack of responsibility cause their dog to be destroyed.
