Blender 2.8 Base Mesh for Sculpting
This is a Blender tutorial in which I explain how to create a base mesh for sculpting that has a good shading, so that you dont have to cope with shading issues in sculpt mode.

First I create the base mesh using a reference image that can be found here:

It’s an image of a tombstone. I use this for modeling the shape and ten the base mesh, after that I remove the NGon from the mesh so that I can add a bevel and subdivision surface modifier to the mesh.
