LIVENODING / SV LED Visualizer Advanced for Eevee and Cycles
Even though I have done a similar video tutorial in the past on SV nodes and “LED visualizer”, I think this latest one for Blender 2.80 and with Eevee and Cycles will be a lot clearer (I hope!).
Basically you can use all kind of formula to generate values pattern. In this demo, I am using Vector Positions of a GRID that generate copies of box and translate them into colorful patterns using Vector Noise or Turnulance nodes, this works as Eevee or Cycles.
In general, you can try simpler SINE wave pattern and built a more complex running LED pattern from there. It’s actually can be a chapter in itself.
