The planning for Blender 2.8 has changed a little – instead of the originally planned beta at SIGGRAPH, we now have the 2nd Alpha version. At the Blender Conference, a ‘feature complete’ Beta should be available, followed by the final release early 2019. Brecht explains what’s up.
